Are your products guaranteed?
-
Yes. We offer a One Year 100% Guarantee on everything we sell.
Are your products O.E.M.?

How do I get my new ink cartridge to print?
-
Sometimes cartridges with attached print heads such as HP, Lexmark or Dell don't initially print. Every cartridge is quality tested before it is packaged so lack of ink is not the problem. Sometimes the print head of the cartridge doesn't have any ink feeding into it - this happens because cartridges are kept flat or upside down before being used and the ink settles away from the print head. Open the box and stand the cartridge upright for a few minutes and then get a folded up damp paper towel. We recommend “Blotting” the cartridge on the damp paper towel several times to pull the ink out of the print heads, priming them and getting them ready to print.
How do I know which cartridges I need?
-
Look on the cartridge itself for the model number. This number is the one to reference.
How should I store my cartridges?
-
You should always store your cartridges in room temperature and in an upright position.
Is Remanufactured the same as Refurbished?

Remanufactured impliesthat the product worked perfectly well for itsinitial purpose, after which ithas been taken apart and had the key components replaced, cleaned, inspected, reassembled and tested to ensure 100% quality.

My printer gives me an error message.
-
If an error message pops up on your screen, it is most likely due to dirty electrical contacts on the cartridge, or possibly on the printer where the electrical contacts meet. Clean off the contacts with folded paper towel dipped in alcohol or household degreaser, and try again. Be careful not to pull up the edges of the cartridge electrical contact ribbon. Circular motions work best.
What is "O.E.M."?
-
O.E.M. (or OEM) stands for 'Original Equipment Manufacturer'.
What is a Remanufactured cartridge?
-
A remanufactured cartridge is a recycled cartridge that has been refilled and restored to "like-new" quality. The remanufacturing process is extensive. Cartridges are inspected to insure there are no visible marks or defects. They are drained of any remaining ink and ultra-sonically cleaned to ensure a clog-free printhead and components. Cartridges are refilled with high quality ink and print tested to ensure quality. If a cartridge doesn't pass quality testing it is not sold.

Why won't my cartridge fit into my printer?
-
Depending on the cartridge model, a temporary plastic clip may be attached to the cartridge. This clip is to help seal and protect the cartridge during transit. Check to make sure this plastic transport clip is removed from your cartridge. If this is not the problem, check to verify that you have the correct cartridge model for your printer.
Will these products void my warranty?

This prohibition includes use of compatible cartridges, clip-ons, continuous feeding mechanisms, refill kits, ink, etc. For more detailed information, please read the MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT below regarding printer warranties and the use of products such as ours.
